UPSTATE AND NATIONAL PICKLEBALL LEAGUE JOIN FORCES FOR R U OK? DAY CELEBRATION!

Melbourne - Get ready for a night of high energy and meaningful connections as Upstate Studios and the National Pickleball League (NPL) team up for an epic R U OK? Day celebration on September 12th!

Join us at The Jar, NPL’s home turf, for an evening brimming with fun, movement, and community spirit! The festivities begin at 6:00 pm with a vibrant mix of activities designed to uplift and connect. Start the night with an invigorating breathwork and movement session led by Upstate Studios, setting the stage to energise both body and mind. Then, dive into the action with a round-robin pickleball game facilitated by the NPL team, ensuring those endorphins are flowing and everyone’s having a blast.

To keep the energy high, savor a delicious array of Japanese delights served by a live sushi chef from Ichi Ni Nana Izakaya, scrumptious treats from Miss Trixie and refreshing beverages from Billy and Bobby.

In addition to the lively activities, guests will receive goodie bags and have the opportunity to win exclusive prizes, including an Upstate and NPL membership. The event will also feature an auction with two grand prizes including an Upstate 12-month Unlimited Membership and a Pickleball Paddle signed by Nick Kyrios.

But wait, there’s more! In honor of R U OK? Day, Upstate is also offering free classes at all 11 locations, giving everyone the opportunity to soak up the positive vibes, connect with new people, and be part of a vibrant community.

Tickets are priced at $59, with all proceeds supporting R U OK? Day, an organisation committed to mental health and encouraging everyone to ask, “Are You Okay?”
