The National Pickleball League has named Make-A-Wish Australia as its Official Charity Partner.

Make-A-Wish Australia grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Through the partnership, the NPL puts its courts, players, venues and events behind that mission, giving the pickleball community a way to turn time on court into wishes granted.

    Pickleball for Wishes

The centrepiece of the partnership is Pickleball for Wishes, an annual corporate tournament where brands and agencies enter teams and fundraise for Make-A-Wish Australia. The inaugural event was held at The Jar in South Melbourne, hosted by comedian and pickleball player Ash Williams, with teams from ahm, ANZ, Austbrokers, Dashing, HACER Group, Hyundai Help for Kids, Moose Toys and Square Peg raising over $19,000.

Many teams take part through their organisation's corporate volunteering program, combining a day of competition with community impact.

    Get involved

Organisations interested in entering a team, and supporters who want to donate, can do so through the Pickleball for Wishes fundraising page, or read more about the partnership on the NPL charity partner page.
